Summer Conditioning
We are excited to announce that summer workouts for student-athletes in grades 7–12 will begin on Tuesday, June 10th. These sessions are designed to help our young athletes prepare for the upcoming sports seasons and will include weightlifting, conditioning, and footwork training for all sports.
Workout Details:
Who: Athletes entering grades 7–12
When: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Start Date: Tuesday, June 10
End Date: Thursday, July 22
Cost: $100 for the entire program
Athletes only need to bring comfortable athletic shoes and a water bottle each day.
These workouts are an important part of athletic development. Many other schools begin training over the summer, and we want to make sure our athletes are just as prepared for the upcoming seasons.
